XLPE compounds based on Silane cross-linking technology, it’s compounded with several additives such as Silane, Antioxidants & Catalyst by One – Step Process. These grades are specifically designed for Low Voltage Cables up to 1.1 kV for aluminium and copper conductors.

Universal Masterbatch manufacture wide range of Color Masterbatches with an active color database of over 5000+ shades for all major processing methods (Blow, Injection, Extrusion) compatible with Polyolefin's (PET & PP), Engineering Plastics like Nylon (PA 6 & PA 66), ABS, SAN, PS, PC, HIPS etc.

An accurate color matching protocol involving a comprehensive pigment library and state of the art spectrometer ensures quick and precise color matching, coupled with active color library of above 5000+ shades gives a wide color choice to our customers. Universal Masterbatch manufactures Single Pigment Concentrates -SPC’s or Mono Concentrates, which contain high loadings of organic and inorganic pigments. These Single Pigment Concentrates are fully dispersed using high quality additives to ensure optimum colour and cost efficiencies. The excellent pigment dispersion ensures quick and homogenous dispersion of the colour in the chosen polymer imparting maximum colour strength and consistent colour reproducibility. As a result, no further dispersion is required which minimizes processing costs. A mono can make any combination of two or more concentrates and produce an exclusive range of colors as desired.
